Welcome! We are so excited to have you here. Almost ten years ago, my husband and I decided to enter the world of small business ownership. We had an idea and wanted to take a stab at turning it into something, and within a few years, we had a thriving cut flower farm and photography venue. This success was not without its struggles; we faced many challenges and learned a great deal through trial and error, as well as countless hours of research. However, these experiences have equipped us with valuable knowledge and insights that have enabled us to start multiple small businesses since then, and in parallel, we have been able to help others who are also looking at entering the world of small business ownership.

In this course, we aim to share the essential tools and strategies that we wish we had known when we started. We incorporate Lean Startup Principles and cover some of the more daunting business decisions that can unnecessarily prevent someone from taking that first step.
